Your garments are shaped across two personal appointments, then delivered directly to you with shipping and import duties already included.

01 · 16–18 October

Consultation & measurements

Choose your cloth, discuss the cut and details, and complete a personal measurement and fit review.

02 · 3 weeks later

Personal fitting in Singapore

We return to Singapore to assess the balance and fit, then record any refinements before finishing.

03 · Clear from the outset

answers.

How long is the appointment?
Allow approximately 60 minutes for cloth selection, styling, measurements and a review of your preferred fit.
Do you return for a fitting?
Yes. We return to Singapore approximately three weeks later for your personal fitting. Your completed garments are then shipped approximately three weeks after the fitting.
What can I order?
Suits, jackets, shirts, trousers, chinos and dresses, tailored around your wardrobe and lifestyle.
Are shipping and import charges included?
Yes. All highlighted prices include shipping, and our logistics partner sends each order duty-inclusive, so you will not be asked to pay additional import charges.
Can existing clients update their measurements?
Yes. We review your previous pattern, discuss how the garments have worn and make any adjustments required.
Can two people attend together?
Yes. We can host up to two clients during one 60-minute appointment. If more than two people would like to place an order, please reserve two consecutive time slots.
Can I change my appointment time?
Yes. Please message us if you need to cancel or reschedule. We try to be flexible and will do our best to accommodate you.
How can I pay?
Payment is accepted by PayNow, cash or bank transfer. After your first meeting, you may pay in full or place a 50% deposit.
What happens after I reserve?
You will receive a confirmation email. We may contact you before the appointment to understand what you are looking for and prepare relevant samples.
