Frequently Ask Questions
⦁ We will help you select the fabrics and take your measurements at our trunk show. We will also schedule a time for your fitting.
⦁ We will return to Singapore for to meet all our clients for their fittings.
⦁ Once all items are completed, it will be shipped to your doorstep.
There are three accepted methods of payment:
- Cash
- PayNow
- Wire transfer (We will provide you with our local Singapore account)
- Have a rough idea of what you are looking for before coming in. Many customers come in with photos and we present fabrics accordingly.
- If you have a piece of clothing that really fits you well, please bring it with you. We can get it replicated or we can make the necessary changes so that it fits even better than the sample piece.
- If you cannot make it to our hotel location, please make an appointment by filling out our contact form and specify your location and we will gladly go to present you with samples.
